Experienced Database Analysis / Report Writing

Database Analysis / Report Writing Independent consultant seeks help with annual projects from someone with excellent/ expert experience in extracting, analysis and dropping excel data into a predefined PDF report format (report writing). I conduct 4 salary surveys for a national organization. The data reported uses averages (weighted and simple) and percentiles (10th, 25th, 50th, 75th 90th). The data is reported by job code/job title using 4 data cuts: all survey, employee size, geographic region and/or cost-of-labor. A standard report page is used per job title and includes the job definition, title and functional area. I will provide a scrubbed excel data file (approx 20k-30k rows by 16 columns) which is all driven by job code. Need someone immediately who can take this data file and automate the calculations and drop the data into a one page standard format by job title with the associated job related information. There will be approximately 250-350 job titles/pages for this initial project. Project deliverable is needed late this month. I conduct annual compensation surveys that have varying number of organizations and job titles. I will need your assistance on those as well but each survey will be considered a separate project.. Looking to establish an on-going relationship with a stable practitioner. Experience may be in using SQL Server Database (or comparable) and Crystal Report writing (or comparable). Alternative skills could be used with experience in Excel, Access database files, PDF reports and PNG files. Preference for someone locally in San Diego. Reach out and let's discuss. Thanks.
