Documentary-Style Video Editor for Long-Form Faceless YouTube Channel — Ongoing Work We're launching a faceless YouTube channel (English narration, long-form content) and we're looking for ONE editor for an ongoing, long-term collaboration. What we provide for each video: - Voiceover audio (narration) - Full script divided into numbered blocks Your job: - Edit long-form videos (around 18–24 minutes) in a documentary style - Build a real visual narrative on top of the narration — NOT just generic stock footage thrown over a voiceover - Source and integrate visuals that match the story: news headlines, interview and speech clips, archival footage, maps, images - Retention-focused pacing: cuts, zooms, synced captions, music and sound design Requirements: - Strong command of your editing software AND strong audiovisual storytelling skills - You can understand spoken English (the script will guide your editing) - Portfolio with documentary-style videos (mandatory — applications without it will be ignored) - Reliable communication Budget & growth: - Rate: $50 per video - Volume: 2–4 videos per month to start, with potential to reach up to 8 videos per month as the channel grows - When the channel gets monetized, there is real room for rate increases — and if it becomes profitable, raising your rate is a certainty.
