Experienced Electronics and SMT Manufacturing Process Engineering Knowledge Transfer

We are seeking an experienced engineer with strong electronics and SMT manufacturing process engineering knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on SMT lines and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process. I have about 40 items that I would like you to rate as KEEP, FIX (If you make a correction or addition), or CUT (if it's not a real use case). An example of one of the items is: C-08 — FEEDER-FLEET REJECT-RATE CLIMB (2.15 / 7.5) What it is: Placement reject rates rising across MULTIPLE feeders/heads on a line — fleet wear, not a single bad unit. Signals required: placement reject rate + error codes attributable to feeder/head Evidence shape: reject rate vs baseline; spread across ≥N feeders (contrast with single-unit concentration). Candidate causes: feeder maintenance cycle overdue fleet-wide; nozzle set wear; a common consumable lot. Corrective actions: Pull the line's feeder/nozzle maintenance dates and service the most-overdue units at the next changeover. If rates stay elevated after servicing, escalate to process engineering — the common-cause candidates (air supply, vision calibration) need controlled checks. Each section should be reviewed for correctness and completion. There may be additional work in th efuture if you show strong process knowlege.
