Experienced ElevenLabs Audiobook Producer/Editor for Mystery Novel

I’m looking for an experienced ElevenLabs audiobook producer/editor to create a high-quality audio First Reader edition of my completed mystery novel, approximately 61,000 words. This is not a simple text-to-speech job. I have experimented with ElevenLabs myself, and I’m specifically looking for someone with the experience and technical skill to produce natural, compelling long-form fiction. My standard is simple: I want the listener to pull into their destination and still want to sit in the car because they need to hear what happens next. The finished narration must have natural pacing, believable emotional inflection, clean dialogue, accurate pronunciation, and no distracting AI artifacts. I need someone who will manually proof-listen against the manuscript, catch skipped or repeated words, correct mispronunciations, regenerate lines with awkward delivery, remove glitches, and maintain consistent voice and tone throughout the book. Before awarding the full project, I want to commission a short PAID audition using the same 3–5 page excerpt with a small number of finalists. Please do not provide unpaid speculative work. Quality and reliability are more important to me than choosing the lowest bid. If the First Reader production is exceptional, there may also be an opportunity to work together on the eventual commercial audiobook.
