Experienced Email Marketer Needed

Our email list is sitting on untapped revenue and we need someone to fix that. We're a health & wellness DTC brand doing consistent 6-figure months. Email is currently underperforming relative to our paid traffic. We want someone to own the channel end-to-end (flows, campaigns, segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability) and turn it into a real revenue driver. Comp is performance-based: commission + bonuses tied to results. Experience in the health & wellness niche is a strong plus.
