Experienced Faceless YouTube Editor / Mangager

I’m looking for an experienced faceless YouTube editor and/or channel manager who understands how to create videos that actually perform. This is not for one specific niche yet. I’m mainly looking for someone with strong experience in faceless YouTube, and we can talk further to brainstorm and decide on the best niche together. I want someone who has worked on faceless YouTube channels that have gotten strong views, good retention, or consistent growth. You should be able to help with some or all of the following: Editing long-form faceless YouTube videos Creating strong intros/hooks Improving retention with pacing, visuals, sound design, and storytelling Understanding what makes a video perform on YouTube Helping with titles/thumbnails if you have experience Managing or organizing the video production process if needed Helping brainstorm niche and content direction Please send previous examples of faceless YouTube videos or channels you have worked on. I want to see proof of past results, not just random edits. Budget: $40–$100 per video depending on experience and quality. Please do not apply if you have no previous faceless YouTube examples.
