We are looking for an experienced and dependable Video Editor to join our growing content team on a long-term basis. This role focuses primarily on editing long-form YouTube content with a strong emphasis on audience retention, storytelling, pacing, and engagement. About the Role * Long-form YouTube video editing * Average video length: approximately 10–15 minutes * Expected workload: 1–2 videos per week * Flexible schedule with ongoing work opportunities * Focus on creating engaging, retention-driven content Responsibilities * Edit long-form YouTube videos to a professional standard * Improve pacing, flow, and viewer engagement * Incorporate relevant visual elements, graphics, and supporting footage where needed * Enhance storytelling through thoughtful editing decisions * Deliver polished, YouTube-ready content within agreed timelines * Collaborate with the content team and apply feedback effectively Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content * Strong understanding of audience retention and engagement strategies * Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut Pro, Higgsfield, Seedance, Gemini, Nano Banana2 or equivalent software * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage deadlines independently * Strong understanding of English for content flow, timing, and storytelling Compensation * Competitive compensation based on experience and project requirements * Potential earnings up to $30 USD per hour * Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Application Requirements To be considered, please answer the following: 1.
