Experienced Framer Developer for Scalable, Template-Based Web Design System

We’re looking for an experienced Framer developer to help us build a templated web creation system using a block-based builder (like FramerBite or similar). Our goal is to create a scalable process for producing high-quality, conversion-optimized websites at volume while maintaining consistent design and development standards. We already handle design and CRO strategy in-house; your role will be to structure and optimize the Framer build system so that we can efficiently produce and customize sites for multiple clients. What We Need We need a Framer expert who: - Has experience with pre-built Framer builders or custom component libraries (please specify which). - Can create reusable sections and components (hero, pricing, features, testimonials, contact, etc.) with clean, modular organization. - Maintains professional quality standards: performance, animations, accessibility, responsiveness. - Has experience creating custom Framer templates, we plan to design and launch our own branded templates for internal and external use can. If you’ve already created and published your own Framer templates, please include links or previews. Deliverables & Process Your initial mission will include: 1. Setting up a Framer block builder system or equivalent. 2. Defining a repeatable workflow for templated site production. 3. Creating a reference project (baseline template for future builds). 4. Helping us design and publish our own Framer templates under our brand. 5. Working with us long-term to scale production for multiple client sites.
