Experienced Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal who wants to do meaningful work, take ownership of cases, and be part of a team that truly fights for its clients. The paralegal should be dedicated to only one firm during the day and proactively correspond with clients promptly. We are a growing, entrepreneurial immigration law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and we are looking for a detail-oriented paralegal to support a range of immigration matters, including family-based, humanitarian, and removal-related cases. You will work directly with an attorney to build strong, well-documented cases and help clients navigate some of the most important moments of their lives. We are growing, and we need someone who can step in, take responsibility, and produce high-quality work with minimal hand-holding. This position will be responsible for preparing a variety of immigration filings, drafting client declarations and affidavits, compiling supporting evidence, assembling application and hearing packets, managing case files, and communicating with clients throughout the process. But we also need someone who can step in and contribute immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with immigration casework, such as family-based petitions, humanitarian applications, or removal-defense matters. Experience across multiple case types is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position. Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated ability to independently manage casework.
