Experienced Securities Paralegal Needed – 10-Q (EDGAR) Filing Support

Seeking an experienced U.S. securities paralegal to assist with drafting and preparing a Form 10-Q for EDGAR filing. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounting team and management to coordinate disclosures, review supporting information, and help ensure the filing is accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in U.S. securities law and regulatory filings. Extensive experience preparing and coordinating SEC filings, including Form 10-Q. Strong knowledge of EDGAR filing requirements and SEC regulations. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with accounting personnel and executive management.
