Experienced InDesign Interior Book/Cover Designer for Photo Heavy Genealogy Family Book

Project: Family History and Photography book, self-published. Skills: Highly experienced with Adobe InDesign for book interior layout and exterior hard cover (perhaps with end papers). Expertise to create, design, layout book with around 200-220 pages of text (66,000 words) and 120-140 full and half page high quality 300dpi color photographs and charts with descriptions anchored to pictures. Includes headers, footers, page numbers, footnotes, TOC, front and back matter. Good, clear communications; reasonable English proficiency; able to communicate via phone/text/email/video conference as needed. Deliverable: Successful completion of Print ready 320-350 book, ready for Mixam Printing designed to their printing/layout standards - high quality PDF file, set for 7x9 size (Large US Trade), 100 lb satin paper, hardbound, color. Open to your suggestions. All photographs have been fully restored, color-corrected, and upscaled to clean, print-ready 300dpi CMYK formats per Mixam. The final layout should aim for an estimated total page count as required by Mixam processes (e.g., page count divisible by 4). My deliverables for the Designer: (1) fully edited Word File (text/narrative, with suggested formatting, Garamond 12pt etc) with explicit placement tags; (2) clearly labeled and chronologically numbered Photograph File with 300dpi high-resolution photos; and (3) Picture Description File - labeled photo captions ready to be anchored to photos. These files will be ready within 7 to 10 days from now. ISBN / Bar Code is ready. An example of Chapter 1 is attached with picture placeholders (PDF).
