Experienced MVA Intake Specialist: Personal Injury Legal Intake (Remote)

We're hiring an experienced intake specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls with motor vehicle accident victims for a fast-growing legal intake company. This is not a general customer service role. We're looking for someone who has done personal injury intake before - someone who knows how to build trust quickly with injured claimants, qualify cases against firm criteria, handle objections with empathy, and drive a signed retainer. What you'll do: You'll speak with MVA claimants who have requested help, qualify their case (injury, treatment, liability, insurance coverage), gather accurate details, and guide qualified claimants through e-signing a retainer with one of our partner law firms. You'll work inside our CRM, follow a proven call script and cadence, and document everything cleanly. What we're looking for: - 2+ years of personal injury intake experience (MVA strongly preferred) - A track record of converting leads into signed retainers - Excellent spoken English, warm phone presence, and genuine empathy for people who've been through an accident - Comfort with CRMs, dialers, and e-sign tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus) - Reliable availability, fast follow-up habits, and clean documentation Why this role: You'll join a small, high-performing team with real volume - steady lead flow, clear scripts, and leadership that has built intake operations at scale.
