Hi Upwork community, We’re a Google Premier Partner digital marketing agency, and we are looking for a sharp, reliable, and organized Media Buyer to join our team. Right now, we are proactively building a pipeline of talented media buyers. We want to find 1 or 2 great people to connect with now, so that as we onboard a fresh wave of clients over the coming weeks, we can hand accounts over to you immediately. If you love running ads, staying organized, and want a steady, long-term relationship with an agency that treats its team like family, we’d love to chat. 🧠 What We’re Looking For: We don’t need a 50-point checklist of strict corporate requirements, but we do care deeply about a few core traits: • Reliability & Organization: This is the big one. You don't need to be perfect, but you do need to be organized, dependable, and on top of your deadlines. • Proven Media Buying Experience: You know your way around Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and you have a track record of driving results for e-commerce or lead generation clients. • Great Communication: Fluent or near-fluent English is highly preferred so we can collaborate smoothly as a team. • Proactive Attitude: If an ad set is failing, you’re already testing a backup before we even have to ask. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing: • Setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns (primarily Meta/Facebook and Google Ads) for a variety of client accounts. • Monitoring performance metrics daily to ensure ROAS and KPI targets are being met. • Communicating updates clearly with the internal team. • Staying on top of your accounts—we love proactive problem solvers, not just task-takers. • Able to work during North American time zone hours.
