Experienced Paint Explainer Youtube Editor

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a VERY HIGH LEVEL PAINT style video editor for my YouTube Science Niche. I do ask that you have good experience in 2D Hand DRAWN PAINT animation moments and knowledge of science and space so you can do pacing, creative sound effects and pause voice over for moments etc. Pay will be $10-15 per minute based on experience.
