Experienced Podcast Video Editor Needed

We're looking for an experienced video editor for our weekly podcast. Episodes typically run 60–90 minutes and feature 3 hosts with multiple camera angles. We're not looking for a basic cut-and-export editor. We need someone who understands how to make conversations feel engaging, dynamic, and professional. Responsibilities Edit full podcast episodes (60–90 minutes) Multi-camera editing and camera switching Use the best angle based on who's speaking Add tasteful zooms and punch-ins to create energy Color correction/color grading for a polished look Audio sync and cleanup Remove awkward pauses, dead space, and distractions Create a smooth, professional viewing experience Important Our recording process is conversational, so there will be times when we say: "Take that out." "Let's do that again." "Punch that in." "Delete that section." "Use the next take." We need an editor who can recognize those moments and seamlessly remove them from the final edit. We also want: Stutters, excessive filler words, and obvious mistakes cleaned up when appropriate Technical hiccups edited out Long pauses tightened up Conversations to flow naturally without feeling over-edited Deliverables Full edited podcast with professional camera switching Main feed showing all three hosts when appropriate Individual edited feeds for each host: Host 1 Host 2 Host 3 Final exports ready for YouTube Style We're looking for a modern, professional podcast look similar to top YouTube podcasts: Club Shay Shay Million Dollaz Worth of Game Joe Budden Podcast Drink Champs Modern Zoom/remote podcast productions Please Send Examples of podcast edits you've completed Software you use (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.) Turnaround time for a 60–90 minute episode Your price per episode Bonus Skills (Not required but a plus) Short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Motion graphics and lower thirds Auto-captioning Thumbnail design We're looking for someone who can become a long-term partner and help elevate the overall quality of the show.
