Experienced Project Manager - START ASAP

Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support 4 of our agency clients. You will help ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and tasks are completed efficiently. You’ll communicate directly with me to provide updates, flag issues, and keep everything running smoothly. Candidates must be comfortable working in Central Standard Time (CST). Responsibilities: Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables for all clients and partner Maintain detailed project timelines and checklists Communicate updates, risks, and blockers to me regularly Coordinate tasks between team members and ensure accountability Help prioritize tasks to meet project goals efficiently Assist in planning and organizing resources for projects Requirements: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, agency work, or e-commerce Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and ClickUp Ability to work independently, meet deadlines consistently, and participate in daily check-ins Must be able to work CST hours How to Apply: Send your resume along with a short note about your project management experience and why you’re a good fit for this role.
