Podcast Guest Coordinator (B2B Podcast Bookings, Salaried, No Selling)
Worldwide
We run podcasts for B2B agencies and consultancies. We invite their ideal buyers onto their show as guests, our host records the episode, and any business conversation happens later and separately. You are the person between the yes and the recording. A guest replies to an invite and books 15 minutes with you. On that call you learn what their company does, find the one topic they will speak on confidently, cover the logistics, and put the recording on the host's calendar before you hang up. Then you do it again, 4 to 6 times a day, across several client shows. What you are not doing You never sell. There is no offer, no price, no pitch, and no close anywhere in this role. You never host the recording either. Your job ends when the guest is booked and shows up. What the day actually looks like 4 to 6 alignment calls a day, 15 minutes each, across the client accounts you carry A short prep read on each guest before the call, delivered to you automatically One topic landed and confirmed back to the guest on every call The recording booked live on the call, never left to email The framework sent to the guest the same day Rescheduling, no show follow up, and keeping every client's recording calendar full A weekly check in with the account owner on each client you carry Every call is recorded and graded against a 13 point standard. You see the grade about 15 minutes after you hang up. Most people find that uncomfortable for a week and then find it is the fastest coaching they have ever had. The number that matters The percentage of alignment calls that turn into a recording that actually happens. Everything else on the scoreboard is downstream of it. Who this is for You have worked inside a B2B company that sells something expensive to other businesses. Agency, consultancy, professional services, B2B software, staffing, recruiting. You do not need to have sold, but you need to have been in the building. You can follow a business story and pick out the interesting part. When a founder says "we are almost entirely referral and it is feast or famine," you know what that means for them and you know what to ask next. This is the single hardest thing to hire for and the whole role runs on it. You are comfortable talking to owners and executives as a peer. Our guests are people running $50,000 to $150,000 a month businesses, and several of them have been doing it longer than you have been working. You run a script exactly, every time, and you do not improvise. The call has a fixed shape for a reason. You are organized to the point of being annoying about it. Calendar invites, time zones, reschedules, and a clean CRM. You are steady. A guest who arrives skeptical or tests you is a normal Tuesday, not a bad day. Native or near native English on camera and on the phone. Who this is not for Anyone whose first question is about commission Anyone who has only worked consumer sales or D2C. The buyer behaves completely differently and it shows on the first call. Anyone who wants to improvise, add their own flourish, or "make the call their own" Anyone looking for part time or side work What we provide The full call script, the ICP one pager, the objection bank, and a model call to study A written prep brief on every guest, automatically, 2 hours before the call Per call coaching and a weekly average, so you always know where you stand Every tool, calendar, and login you need Compensation Salary only. You are paid per client account you carry, not per booking, so there is no incentive to book a guest who should not be on the show. $300 per active client account per month, with a floor of $1,500 per month. Most coordinators carry 8 to 12 accounts at full time, which puts the role at $2,400 to $3,600 per month. Accounts are assigned as clients onboard, and the floor holds while you ramp. There is a $250 monthly bonus tied to the percentage of booked recordings that actually happen. That is not a commission, it does not depend on anything being sold, and it points at the one number the role owns.
