Experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper Needed We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online (QBO) Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records and ensure our books are clean, organized, and up to date. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online Categorize income and expenses accurately Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Maintain an accurate Chart of Accounts Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Identify and correct bookkeeping errors or discrepancies Assist with month-end closing procedures Communicate financial insights and issues clearly Requirements: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting workflows Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently Experience working with U.S.- based businesses is preferred To Apply, please include: Your QuickBooks Online experience Examples of similar bookkeeping projects you have completed Your availability and hourly rate
