Summary

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online (QBO) Bookkeeper, Accountant, and Cleanup Specialist to clean up our QuickBooks Online file and ensure accurate financial records. Responsibilities: *QuickBooks Online Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation. *Fix Reconciliation Discrepancies & Beginning Balance Issues. *Correct Duplicate, Missing & Uncategorized Transactions. *Transaction Categorization & Journal Entries *Chart of Accounts Cleanup. *Prepare Accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Financial Reports. Requirements: Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online, Bookkeeping, Cleanup, Catch-Up Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting, and Month-End Close. Experience with U.S. small business accounting. QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is a plus. Please include your QuickBooks Online experience, similar cleanup projects, certifications, availability, and estimated turnaround time in your proposal.
