Our team is growing, and we need a sharp, personable cold caller who can pick up the phone, connect with rural property owners, and identify motivated landowners — fast. If you've worked land deals, wholesaling, or real estate cold calling before, you already know the rhythm. We want someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding. --- What You'll Do **Make 150+ outbound calls per day** to rural landowners from curated lead lists **Run our proven scripts** while adapting naturally to each conversation — no robotic delivery **Identify motivated sellers** by asking the right questions, reading between the lines, and qualifying leads accurately **Log everything** in our CRM — call notes, dispositions, follow-up triggers, property details **Set appointments** for our acquisitions team with qualified, interested sellers **Handle objections with confidence** — you know how to turn a "not interested" into a real conversation **Follow up with warm leads** on a structured cadence until they convert or close out Who You Are Must-haves: **2+ years of high-volume cold calling experience** — specifically in real estate, land, or wholesaling (this is non-negotiable; we're not training from scratch) - You're comfortable talking with **rural landowners, farmers, and country property owners** — you understand their concerns, speak their language, and don't come across as pushy or corporate - You can maintain energy and professionalism across 150+ dials a day without burning out - You're disciplined enough to **work independently**, hit daily targets, and self-manage your time - Strong **CRM skills** — you log calls accurately and in real time, not at the end of the day from memory **Reliable internet, quality headset, and a quiet workspace** — no background noise, no distractions **Excellent English communication** — clear, warm, and natural on the phone **Strong preferences (tell us if you have these):** - Direct experience calling **landowners, farmers, or rural property owners** for acquisition or wholesaling - Background in **land flipping, vacant land deals, or rural real estate** transactions - Familiarity with common landowner objections and how to navigate them --- ## What We Provide **Battle-tested scripts** built specifically for rural landowner conversations — not generic real estate scripts **High-quality, skip-traced lead lists** so you're not wasting time on bad numbers Full **CRM access** with workflows already set up for tracking and follow-up **Training on our acquisition process** — how we evaluate deals, what makes a lead qualified, and what our closers need from you **Ongoing coaching and script refinement** based on real call data and results --- ## Schedule & Compensation - **30 hours per week minimum** commitment - **Preferred calling window:** 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Mountain Time (8 hours within this block) - Full-time availability preferred; consistent daily scheduling is required - Hourly pay — rate commensurate with experience (include your rate in your proposal) --- ## How We Measure Success You'll be evaluated on a clear, transparent scorecard: - **Call volume** — are you consistently hitting 150+ quality dials per day? - **Lead qualification accuracy** — are the leads you pass to our team actually viable? - **Appointment set rate** — how many qualified conversations convert to booked calls with our acquisitions team? - **CRM discipline** — are your notes detailed, timely, and useful? - **Landowner rapport** — do prospects feel heard, respected, and open to follow-up? --- ## To Apply We review every proposal carefully.
