Experienced Real Estate ISA | Cold Calling | Appointment Setting | Brivity CRM

Responsibilities Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to buyers, sellers, homeowners, and internet leads Prospect new business through cold calling and follow-up campaigns Qualify leads using our scripts and processes Set appointments for our real estate agents Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows through follow-up calls and text messages Update all lead activity, notes, and tasks in Brivity CRM Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals Participate in weekly team meetings and coaching Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate ISA Proven success with cold calling and appointment setting Experience using Brivity CRM (or similar real estate CRM) Excellent spoken and written English Strong objection-handling skills Reliable high-speed internet Quiet, professional work environment Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours Preferred Qualifications Experience with any of the following is a plus: FSBO leads Expired listings Buyer leads Seller leads Circle prospecting Investor leads Dialers such as Mojo, Vulcan7, CallTools, or Ring Central
