Experienced Real Estate ISA | Pre-foreclosure & Expired Listings

We are a growing real estate team seeking an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to contact homeowners throughout South Florida. Our primary focus is pre-foreclosure homeowners and expired listings. This is not a script-reading position—we’re looking for someone who knows how to build rapport, uncover motivation, overcome objections, and consistently set qualified appointments. We provide the lead lists, calling tools, scripts, and on-going support. Your job is to create meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities and keep our CRM updated with accurate notes. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term role with a team that values consistency, professionalism and results. Responsibilities -Make outbound calls to pre-foreclosure homeowners and expired listings -Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners -Determine motivation, timeline, and selling goals -Handle objections professionally and confidently -Qualify leads based on our criteria -Schedule appointments for our real estate team -Follow up with leads using persistence, professionalism, and empathy -Keep detailed notes and update our CRM after every conversation -Meet daily call and appointment goals Qualifications We’re looking for someone who has: -Previous experience as a Real Estate ISA, Acquisition Specialist, or Real Estate Cold Caller -Experience calling pre-foreclosures, expired listings, FSBOs, probate, or other motivated seller leads -Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations -A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace -The ability to work independently and stay organized Compensation -Competitive hourly pay based on experience -Performance bonuses for qualified appointments -Opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth When Applying, Please Answer the Following: How many years of experience do you have as a Real Estate ISA?
