Summary

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Follow Up Boss, or similar systems. This position is ideal for someone who understands the real estate sales process, can effectively manage and nurture leads, build strong client relationships, and consistently drive conversions. The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound real estate leads through phone calls, emails, text messages, and CRM systems. - Qualify prospects and identify potential buyers, sellers, investors, or property owners. - Build and maintain relationships with leads throughout the sales pipeline. - Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and the real estate team. - Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with detailed notes and lead activity. - Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities. - Execute sales outreach campaigns and lead nurturing sequences. - Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics. - Collaborate with team members to improve lead management processes and sales results. - Provide regular updates regarding lead status, opportunities, and sales progress. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, real estate sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or a related role. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. - Strong experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Follow Up Boss, or similar tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. - Schedule flexibility and availability to work varying hours based on business needs. Contract Details: Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from home. Level: Mid-Level to Senior. Schedule: Full-time Opportunity: Long-term contract for the right candidate. Compensation: Based on experience and performance. We are looking for someone who can confidently engage prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, nurture relationships, and contribute directly to business growth through consistent sales performance.
