Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Listing Manager VA to support real estate agents and teams with transactions, listings, MLS updates, paperwork, CRM updates, social media management, and backend admin. This role is mainly focused on transaction coordination and listing management, with social media management, light CRM, and light lead follow-up support. Responsibilities * Manage transaction files from contract to close * Track deadlines, attorney review, inspections, appraisal, mortgage commitment, and closing dates * Coordinate with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and appraisers * Manage files and documents inside SkySlope Forms * Assist with listing paperwork, disclosures, photos, signs, lockboxes, and showing instructions * Enter and update listings in MLS systems * Update listing statuses, price changes, pending, closed, withdrawn, or expired listings * Update contacts, tasks, notes, pipelines, and follow-ups inside Cloze CRM and Follow Up Boss * Manage social media posts, basic captions, scheduling, and content organization * Create basic Canva graphics, flyers, listing materials, and simple social media posts * Provide light lead follow-up by phone, text, or email * Manage calendars, emails, spreadsheets, folders, and checklists MLS Experience Preferred Experience with New Jersey MLS systems is a plus: GSMLS, NJMLS, MOMLS, CJMLS, Bright MLS, Hudson County / Liberty Board-related systems, Matrix, and Paragon.** Tools We Use Cloze CRM, Follow Up Boss, SkySlope Forms, DocuSign, RealScout, Google Workspace, Canva, and MLS systems. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, a fast communicator, comfortable with deadlines, experienced supporting real estate agents or teams, and comfortable managing basic social media tasks. Schedule Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow full-time. Preferred availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. Eastern Time business hours Ideal schedule: 10 AM–2 PM EST To Apply Please answer: 1.
