Experienced Recruiter Needed – Source Door-to-Door Sales Reps

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who can consistently source high quality, commission only door to door sales representatives for our growing sales organization. What You'll Do * Post and manage job ads on platforms such as Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Facebook Groups, and any other recruiting channels you believe are effective. * Proactively source experienced door-to-door sales professionals through your own networks, outreach, or recruiting methods. * Screen candidates to ensure they have: * Previous door to door sales experience (preferred) * Strong communication skills * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently * Reliable transportation * Willingness to work as independent contractors on a commission only basis * Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our management team. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals. * Experience recruiting door to door, solar, energy, telecom, roofing, pest control, home improvement, or other outside sales reps is a major plus. * Familiar with multiple recruiting platforms and creative sourcing strategies. * Able to deliver qualified candidates consistently. Compensation We're open to discussing your preferred compensation structure, including: * Pay per qualified interview * Pay per hire * Performance bonuses * Monthly recruiting agreement Please include the following with your proposal: 1.
