Experienced Recruiter for Product Designer / Graphic Designer Lead Hiring

We need an experienced recruiter to help us source and screen strong candidates for a remote Product Designer / Graphic Designer Lead role. This is not a basic CV collection task. We are looking for a recruiter who can identify candidates with proven design ability, strong visual judgement, product design understanding and practical UX/UI experience. The recruiter will be briefed in more detail after selection, but at this stage we need someone capable of sourcing high-quality design candidates and filtering them properly before they reach our internal interview stage. The ideal candidates for the role may have experience in areas such as: Product design UX/UI design Graphic design Brand and visual design Website, app, dashboard or digital product design Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools Portfolio-led design work Design systems, wireframes, prototypes or user journeys Creative direction or design leadership support Your role as recruiter will be to source relevant candidates, review their portfolio/CV, conduct Stage 1 screening, assess communication and design experience, and submit only suitable candidates for our internal review. We are not looking for a large raw list of designers. We need a carefully screened shortlist of candidates who have credible design experience and can show strong previous work. The first qualified batch can be shared within 7–14 days, but we are flexible on timing because quality is more important than speed. We are looking for a recruiter who can apply judgement and identify strong creative/product talent, not someone who simply forwards profiles.
