We’re seeking a seasoned remote paralegal with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is open to candidates worldwide, provided you have exceptional English proficiency. Here’s a little more about what we’re looking for: Detail-Oriented and Friendly: Your primary role will be overseeing our estate planning/probate production process, ensuring each stage is carried out on schedule. A keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor are essential. Sense of Humor: We appreciate a good laugh amidst our serious work, and value team members who can share in lighter moments. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Clio, WealthDocx, DecisionVault, Microsoft Word, Gsuite, Slack, CallRail, and Loom is crucial for this role. Core Responsibilities: Meticulously proofreading drafts using a designated checklist for accuracy and completeness. * Collaborating closely with the drafting assistant to revise documents as needed. * Addressing revisions per attorney notes ensuring all legal requirements are met. * Drafting documents during overflow periods or when the drafting assistant is unavailable. * Ensuring client satisfaction by communicating effectively through email or telephone using our VOIP service to obtain necessary information or provide status updates on their matters. Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Compensation: We invite proposals regarding compensation from candidates. The position is available very soon.
