**Experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter – Roofing Industry** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced, results-driven SDR / Appointment Setter to generate qualified roofing inspection appointments through outbound calling and follow-up efforts. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, roofing sales support, or home service industries and be confident speaking with homeowners over the phone. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, fluent in English with clear communication skills, and focused on producing measurable results. **Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided lead lists. * Follow up with old, inactive, and newly generated leads. * Qualify prospects and identify potential roofing, storm damage, or insurance claim opportunities. * Schedule qualified appointments for field representatives. * Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations and no-shows. * Maintain accurate notes and updates within the CRM. * Send proposals, estimates, and follow-up communications as needed. * Manage ongoing lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns. * Perform light administrative tasks related to the sales process. * Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting and activity goals. **Requirements** * Previous SDR, appointment setting, telemarketing, roofing, storm restoration, insurance claims, or home services experience required. * Proven track record of generating appointments and producing results. * Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills and little to no noticeable accent. * Must be available to work during U.S. business hours and be located within a compatible U.S. time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific) or an equivalent time zone that allows full overlap with business hours. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. * Strong objection-handling and rapport-building abilities. * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable. * Experience using CRM systems preferred. **Compensation** * Hourly pay. * Performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and closed business. * Long-term opportunity for top performers. **What We're Looking For** We are looking for someone who understands that activity alone is not enough—results matter.
