# Experienced QA Tester for SaaS/FinTech Web Application – Ongoing Cooperation We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Tester to thoroughly test our SaaS/FinTech web application. The application includes financial workflows, dashboards, user accounts, invoice-related processes, payment functions, and other business-critical features. Therefore, accuracy, reliability, data consistency, and a strong understanding of user experience are especially important. Your main responsibility will be to test the entire application, identify technical and usability issues, document your findings clearly, and verify all fixes implemented by our developers. ## Your Responsibilities * Test the complete SaaS/FinTech web application * Test all features, pages, workflows, forms, dashboards, permissions, and user roles * Test financial processes, calculations, statuses, transactions, and invoice-related workflows * Identify bugs, errors, inconsistencies, broken processes, and unexpected behavior * Test different user scenarios and edge cases * Test the application across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes * Check data accuracy and consistency throughout the application * Create clear and structured QA reports * Include screenshots, screen recordings, reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results * Prioritize issues based on severity and business impact * Suggest improvements to usability, workflows, functionality, and user experience * Identify areas that already work well but could still be improved * Retest all reported issues after our developers have implemented the fixes * Confirm whether each issue has been resolved correctly * Perform regression testing to ensure that fixes have not caused new issues ## Requirements * Several years of experience in manual QA testing * Strong experience testing SaaS web applications * Experience testing FinTech, finance, payment, banking, invoicing, accounting, or similar applications is highly preferred * Strong attention to detail * Ability to identify both technical and user experience issues * Experience testing complex workflows and different user roles * Ability to create professional and easy-to-understand bug reports * Ability to work independently without receiving detailed test cases for every feature * Strong communication skills * Reliable availability for recurring testing assignments Experience with automated testing is a plus, but the main focus of this role is detailed manual testing. ## Ongoing Cooperation This is not a one-time project. We regularly release new features, updates, and improvements. You will repeatedly receive assignments to: * Test new features * Test the entire application * Retest bugs after they have been fixed * Perform regression testing * Review existing workflows and suggest improvements We are looking for a long-term QA partner who becomes familiar with the application and can help us continuously improve its quality, reliability, and usability.
