Experienced Title Searcher for Commercial Properties

We are looking for an experienced Texas commercial title researcher to assist with complex commercial title searches using the Title Data (TDI) TIMS title plant. This is not a data-entry role. We are looking for someone who understands how to investigate complicated chains of title, identify title issues, and efficiently navigate the Texas title plant system. Responsibilities * Perform commercial title searches using the Title Data (TDI/TIMS) title plant. * Research current ownership and complete chains of title. * Review deeds, deeds of trust, easements, restrictions, mineral reservations, plats, and other instruments affecting title. * Identify liens, judgments, bankruptcies, probate matters, tax issues, and other encumbrances. * Research acreage tracts, metes-and-bounds descriptions, and subdivision properties. * Locate and analyze supporting documents within the title plant. * Prepare clear research summaries and communicate findings to our title examiners.
