Experienced Urban Fiction Story Consultant (writing coach) Needed for Novel Outline Development

We are seeking an experienced writer, editor, or story development consultant to assist an author with outlining an urban fiction novel. The project involves a collaborative brainstorming and outlining session with the author who is looking for professional guidance in organizing those ideas into a cohesive novel outline.
