Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex projects from inception through completion while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of accountability for project execution, resource coordination, and successful delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. Lead projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, obstacles, and opportunities. Implement corrective actions when projects deviate from established plans. Team Leadership & Coordination Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure accountability among team members. Foster collaboration and maintain positive working relationships across departments. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Prepare executive-level reporting and project summaries. Budget & Resource Management Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Track project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party service providers as needed. Ensure projects are completed within budget and according to agreed timelines. Process Improvement Develop and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project outcomes. Create standardized reporting, documentation, and workflow processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience. Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms. Experience in consulting, hospitality, accounting, professional services, or multi-location operations. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
