Experienced Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel Expertise Needed

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel experience to support automations, account setup, integrations, and system maintenance. Work will be intermittent at first, with tasks delegated as needed, and will grow into more consistent hours as the business scales. The role requires the ability to become HIPAA certified within GoHighLevel and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). You’ll partner closely with the business owner to support a variety of clients including doctors, insurance agents, and mortgage companies by building and maintaining automation workflows, connecting tools via Zapier or Make, and integrating additional systems when needed. Must be fluent in using GHL and all features including AI, Phone systems, creating funnels and courses as well as other systems like Canva and marketing. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, collaborates easily, and can adapt to different client environments. The right candidate doesn’t need to know everything but must be coachable, reliable, and comfortable growing into expanded responsibilities over time.
