Experienced Water/Wastewater Civil Engineering Sourcer – US Candidate (Fixed Project)

We are a US-based retained executive search consultancy that places talent with professional services and manufacturing companies. We desire an experienced candidate sourcer for a defined project to research and deliver high-quality resumes of water/wastewater civil engineering candidates in the United States. Project Scope & Deliverables: - Source and organize qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and research tools - Deliver 3-5 resumes of interested candidates - Light outreach or screening may be included - Timeline: approximately 2-3 weeks Requirements: Must-have: - Proven experience sourcing civil engineering professionals (US market preferred) - Strong Boolean and LinkedIn research skills - Excellent written English and attention to detail Preferred: - Prior work supporting US recruiting teams Budget & Terms: - Fixed-price project.
