Experienced Web Streaming Developer Needed — Diagnose & Fix Audio Streaming Performance Issue

We recently rolled out streaming playback for an audio product and expected engagement to improve. Instead, key engagement metrics went down. We're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in web audio streaming (buffering, playback behavior, delivery, browser-side handling) to review our setup, help pinpoint what's causing the drop, and tell us whether it's a real playback issue or something else entirely.
