Experienced YouTube Video Editor Needed – AI Storytelling, Animation & Property Education Content

I am looking for an excellent, creative and highly skilled video editor to help elevate my YouTube channel. My channel focuses on Airbnb management, serviced accommodation, property management, and digital products for people who want to learn how to build or grow a property business. The ideal editor will have experience with: * YouTube editing for educational, business or personal brand channels * AI-generated content and AI-assisted storytelling * Cartoon-style visuals, motion graphics and animation * B-roll selection and visual storytelling * Text overlays, captions, callouts and key message highlights * Sound design, music selection and pacing * Creating engaging hooks and improving viewer retention * Structuring content to support product sales without making the video feel too “salesy” * Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok **The style I want** I want the videos to feel professional, modern, clear and engaging. The content should not feel basic or flat. I am looking for someone who can add creative layers to the video, including AI visuals, animations, graphics, storytelling sequences and strong editing choices. The tone should be educational, aspirational and credible. The viewer should feel they are learning something valuable, while also becoming interested in my paid digital products and services. **Sample task** As part of the application, I would like you to create a 2-minute sample edit based on one of my existing YouTube videos. The sample should show how you would improve the video through: * Better pacing * Stronger opening hook * Captions or text overlays * Relevant B-roll * AI-generated visuals or animations * Cartoon-style or motion graphic elements where appropriate * Improved transitions * Music and sound design * Stronger visual storytelling * A subtle call-to-action for a digital product or free resource The purpose of the sample is to see your creative direction, storytelling ability and editing style. **Optional but valuable skill** It would be a bonus if you can also create high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
