Experienced YouTube long form & IG Reels Editor (Ongoing Work)

We are looking for a skilled video editor for a long-term content partnership. Monthly Deliverables: 4 podcast-style videos (30–60 min, simple editing) 3–4 YouTube videos (10–15 min, strong editing, pacing, storytelling) 20 Instagram Reels / Short-Form Videos 15–20 YouTube Shorts (simple edits from long-form content) 1 show-style YouTube video (similar to formats like "1 Expert vs 10 Beginners") What we're looking for: - Strong experience with YouTube and Instagram content editing - Excellent understanding of retention, pacing, and storytelling - Clean, professional editing - Ability to add simple animations, graphics, and visual elements when needed - Reliable communication and fast turnaround times Important: - We are NOT looking for AI-generated or auto-edited content, otherwise we can do it ourselves. - We want custom edits To qualify, send us: 1. 1x podcast example videos (youtube) 2. 1x youtube longform educational video with animations in it 3. 2x shorts/reels (instagram) 4. Monthly retainer price for what we are looking for. Please only POSTED videos, nothing in drives. Only videos YOU edited.
