Experienced Zapier Expert Needed to Set Up Flexible Percentage-Based Lead Routing

We are looking for an experienced Zapier automation expert to help us set up percentage-based lead routing within our existing lead workflow. We receive leads from multiple landing pages and want those leads to first flow into one central lead pool. This central pool could be a Google Sheet, Zapier Table, or another recommended solution depending on what is most reliable. From there, we need the leads to be distributed into multiple pathways using a percentage-based routing system. For example: 30% of leads go to Path A 20% of leads go to Path B 50% of leads go to Path C These percentages need to be flexible so our team can update the routing logic later if we need to change the allocation. Each individual path leads to a separate Google Sheet and from there into LeadConnector. We are open to your recommendation on the cleanest and most reliable way to build this inside Zapier. We do not need the entire lead workflow rebuilt from scratch, but we do need someone who can help us create the central routing setup and implement the lead distribution logic properly. This is not a basic Zapier setup. We are looking for someone who has direct experience building complex routing logic, lead distribution workflows, and multi-path automations. IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Advanced Zapier experience - Proven experience building complex Zapier workflows - Experience with percentage-based routing, round-robin routing, or weighted lead distribution - Comfortable working with Google Sheets and LeadConnector / GoHighLevel - Able to create flexible routing logic that our team can adjust later - Able to recommend the best way to structure the central lead pool - Able to troubleshoot edge cases and make sure leads are not skipped, duplicated, or routed incorrectly - Able to document the workflow clearly so our team can manage or adjust it later - Experience with marketing leads, intake workflows, or internet lead routing is strongly preferred PROJECT GOAL: Create a reliable routing setup that takes leads from multiple landing pages, places them into one central lead pool, and distributes them to different pathways based on editable percentage allocations.
