Project Title: Appointment Setter Needed – Arrange Meetings with London Investment Firms (Real Estate Project) Project Description I am seeking an experienced business development professional or executive appointment setter to secure face-to-face meetings with investment firms, private equity funds, family offices, real estate investors, debt providers, and corporate finance advisors in London. The meetings are for a mixed-use real estate development project in Cocody, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Meeting Window * London * 23 July – 28 July * In-person meetings only Your Responsibilities * Research and identify suitable investment firms and finance companies. * Contact decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and telephone. * Introduce the investment opportunity professionally. * Secure confirmed appointments during the specified dates. * Coordinate schedules and provide meeting confirmations. * Maintain a tracker of outreach activities and responses. Ideal Candidate * Experience booking meetings with investment firms, private equity funds, banks, or corporate finance advisors. * Strong business English. * Excellent email and phone communication skills. * Comfortable speaking with senior executives. * Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is an advantage. Deliverables * Confirmed face-to-face meetings in London. * Meeting schedule with dates, times, addresses, and contact persons. * Outreach tracker showing all firms contacted. * Copies of emails sent and responses received.
