Experienced architect / Interior designer needed to redesign and optimize a French apartment space

This is a complete renovation project for an apartment of approximately 53 m², with the main challenge being the optimization of the layout, including circulation, room distribution, and existing constraints such as a load-bearing wall. At this initial stage, I would like to receive: Four layout proposals: two retaining the load-bearing wall and two removing it. One final optimized 2D floor plan. Technical drawings, if required at a later stage 3D. My objective is to create a functional two-bedroom apartment (three-room layout). The current floor plan presents several aspects that need improvement: An oversized corridor. A closed-off kitchen. A bathroom that needs to be redesigned and enlarged. An overall layout that is not efficient. I am looking for someone creative, pragmatic and willing to discuss layout options before moving to the next stages of the project. Thank you.
