Experienced architect needed specializing in warm minimalistic modern architecture

Hi, I am working on my first ground up construction project with the intent to sell right after the construction is completed. My goal is to build thoughtful, intentional, emotion driven, experience driven and design driven functional homes and am looking for the right design motivated architect/designer to collaborate with to offer the best home experience to homeowners. This is not a one time project, so looking to build long term relationships to continue to work on more projects moving forward. I am from a Software Engineering background with no experience in real estate development but I value homeowner experience and design enough to put in all the time and effort to make it work. I am working on this project full-time. I need help with architectural design, interior design (optional), landscaping (mainly the curb appeal) 1. Conceptual/Schematic Design 2. Design Development 3. Value engineering to test for financial feasibility 4. Detailed Construction Documentation 5. Permitting — Thorough planning to avoid unnecessary back and forth leading to permit delays. San Jose doesn’t have design review process, so it’s a big advantage. Build a timeless minimalistic warm modern/contemporary home that blends European charm and Scandinavian design principles. Strategic use of natural materials like wood, stone and floor to ceiling windows, neutral pallete to elevate the exteriors and interiors of the home while being mindful about the cost. A designer who believes in the beauty of simplicity and can elevate the home without being too excessive is a right fit. Homebuyers must feel the luxury before they even see and touch anything and feel the serenity and calmness when they enter their home after a chaotic day outside. Focus on elegance, subtlety and sophisticated design. Strong emphasis on balancing design quality, functionality, resale value and financial feasibility. Double height ceilings, indoor outdoor connection, a small courtyard like Eichler’s, Spacious Living, kitchen and dining with big opening into the backyard, focus on powder room and master suite. The ultimate goal is to make the homeowners feel special and emotionally connected.
