Expert Adobe InDesign Layout Specialist / Content Update & File Fix (URGENT / ASAP Start)

We are seeking an expert Adobe InDesign contractor to jump in immediately on an urgent layout update project. We already have a completed InDesign layout, but the underlying text and content have changed significantly. We need an experienced professional to swap in the new content while simultaneously auditing and fixing the technical integrity of our existing InDesign file—cleaning up styles, paragraph/character formatting, master pages, and links—to ensure it flows correctly and can be easily updated moving forward. Key Responsibilities: Accurately integrate significant new content into an existing InDesign layout. Troubleshoot, clean up, and restructure the InDesign file to resolve any underlying technical issues. Ensure proper use of paragraph and character styles, master pages, and asset linking for future scalability. Maintain design consistency, typography standards, and visual hierarchy. Requirements: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex document layouts. Deep technical knowledge of InDesign file architecture (styles, grids, preflighting, and troubleshooting corrupted or poorly structured files). High attention to detail and rigorous quality control. Availability to start immediately and turn around quickly (Rush Project).
