This is not a typical freelancer role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Amazon operator who wants to build a brand and participate in its success through a profit-sharing model. We will provide: • Inventory • Advertising budget • Design and creative resources (where needed) • Capital for business growth We need someone who can take ownership of Amazon operations and drive profitable growth. Position Amazon India Growth Partner / Marketplace Operator Compensation Structure This is a performance-based role. Base Incentive • 10% of monthly net profit generated by the Amazon business or 2% of Nett sales whicever is higher. - ALL THIS CAN BE MUTUALLY DISCUSSED AND AGREED Growth Bonus • Additional 2% bonus on monthly net profit if monthly sales exceed USD 5,000 (or INR equivalent). We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee. ________________________________________ Responsibilities Account Management • Complete Amazon Seller Central management • Monitor account health and compliance • Inventory planning and replenishment • Manage FBA operations and logistics Product Launches • Launch new products successfully • Create launch strategies • Manage ranking campaigns • Drive organic keyword growth Listing Optimization • Keyword research • SEO optimization • Listing creation • A+ Content planning • Product positioning • Competitor analysis Advertising • Full Amazon PPC management • Sponsored Products • Sponsored Brands • Sponsored Display • Bid optimization • Search term analysis • TACOS and profitability management Growth & Analytics • Weekly and monthly reporting • Business reviews • Sales forecasting • Market opportunity analysis • New product recommendations • Pricing optimization Creative Direction Work with designers and photographers to improve: • Main images • Infographics • A+ Content • Brand Store • Conversion rate optimization ________________________________________ Who We Are Looking For Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 3 years Amazon India experience • Proven track record launching products • Strong PPC expertise • Strong Amazon SEO knowledge • Experience managing FBA inventory • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to work independently Preferred • Experience scaling brands from zero • Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, Home or Consumer Products • Understanding of Amazon ranking algorithms • Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout or similar tools ________________________________________ Success Metrics You will be measured on: • Revenue growth • Net profit growth • TACOS • Organic keyword rankings • Conversion rate • Inventory management • New product launch success ________________________________________ To Apply, Please Answer: 1.
