Expert 2D Animator for ANIME style using Moho Animation

I'm looking for an expert 2D animator to create anime style animations using Moho. The animation quality doesn't need to be on the same level as something like Netflix's Castlevania series, but that's the goal! About the project: we're an independent entertainment studio and we're creating a youtube channel with 10-12 minute animated videos. The project is like Pokemon, but with a horror flair to it...it's a lot of fun! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 2D design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills (ideally you love anime too!). We will start with paid test task ($50 for a 20 second animation) and if your style is good, we'll start on a few videos with a fixed cost per 12 minute animation. If that goes well, then there is the possibility for full time work for the long term (up to $1,500/mo). I have one other animator using Moho, so ideally you can use that platform as well, so we can share resources (i.e. rigged characters).
