Expert Bitrix24 Architect: Build EOR System, Automated Client Invoicing & Full HR/HCM Suite

We are an Employer of Record (EOR) service provider requiring a sophisticated Bitrix24 setup. Our core business involves managing employees for multiple clients. We need to bridge the gap between individual employee records and consolidated corporate billing while maintaining a full HR environment for our staff. Project Scope: 1. Automated Consolidated Invoicing (Aggregation Logic): The Challenge: We need to generate one invoice per client (Company) that lists all associated employees as line items. Technical Requirement: Build a "Parent-Child" aggregation workflow. The system must use Iterators/Loops to fetch all "Employment Record" (SPA) items linked to a Company and calculate: Total Monthly Net Salaries. X% Management Fee (Markup on salaries). One-off Allowances & Monthly Loan Deductions (Deductions calculated via Total Loan / Repayment Term). X% Administrative Levy applied to the final subtotal. Document Generation: Create a professional .docx template using Bitrix24 Document Generator tags that dynamically lists employees and calculates the final balance. Automatic recurring invoicing per company. 2. Severance Liability Tracking (Mathematical Accruals): Implement automated tenure-based math using datediff formulas. Calculation 1: Current EOR Period Severance (Monthly Salary × 8.33% × Months with EOR). Calculation 2: Total Lifetime Severance (Monthly Salary × 8.33% × Months since original hire). These must appear as non-billable informational items in the invoice footer. 3. Full Bitrix24 HR Suite Implementation: Configure all client-employees as Official Users within the portal. Set up Company Structure/Departments to ensure data privacy between different clients. Full setup of Absence Charts, Leave Approval Workflows (linked to the SPA records), and Calendars. 4. Sales & Marketing Pipelines: Create a marketing pipeline to capture leads and a sales pipeline to onboard new EOR clients. Automate the creation of SPA records once a "Client Agreement" is signed. Candidate Requirements: Demonstrated experience with Bitrix24 Workflow Designer (Iterators, Variables, and Global Constants). Advanced knowledge of SPA (Smart Process Automations) and complex entity relationships. Proficiency in Document Generator template mapping. Previous experience setting up Bitrix24 for HR/Recruitment or EOR services is a major plus.
