Job Title Expert CapCut Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator (Healthcare Technology Industry) About Us Legend Networking is one of America’s leading healthcare technology companies, specializing in dental and medical IT solutions. We create a large amount of video content from client projects, office build-outs, team events, educational content, podcasts, and social media marketing campaigns. We are looking for an experienced CapCut Video Editor who can take raw footage and transform it into highly engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person. What You’ll Be Doing Edit raw video footage into professional, engaging social media content Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts Add captions, transitions, animations, motion graphics, and visual effects Incorporate branding elements, logos, colors, and call-to-actions Create attention-grabbing hooks and storytelling sequences Design graphics and overlays to improve viewer engagement Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos Collaborate directly with our leadership and marketing team to understand project goals and messaging Deliver polished content optimized for social media performance Requirements Advanced CapCut experience (Required) Strong portfolio of social media video content Experience creating viral or highly engaging social media posts Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention Ability to add creative motion graphics and text animations Strong graphic design eye Understanding of branding consistency Excellent communication skills Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Preferred Experience Healthcare, dental, medical, technology, or B2B marketing experience Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube content Experience with podcast clips and interview-style content Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools Experience creating content for business owners and personal brands Availability Must be available during standard business hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Must be responsive and able to collaborate in real time when needed Compensation Hourly or Per Project Ongoing work available Multiple projects each month Long-term relationship preferred
