Expert Clipper for Viral Song Strategy

The project in one line I'm looking for a professional clipper who can turn one of my songs into a trend: design and execute a multi-platform clipping strategy (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to generate a high volume of videos using the song and trigger a snowball effect. What I expect, concretely A written clipping strategy: the song's angle, the format(s) that can break out, hooks in the first 3 seconds, the types of videos worth duplicating. High-volume clip production: short-form edits optimized per platform (ratios, durations, captions, native hooks for each platform — not the same clip copy-pasted everywhere). A seeding plan: how we kickstart the song (clipping pages, creators, themed accounts) so others adopt it organically. An iteration loop: review what's working, double down on the winning angles, cut what isn't landing. Deliverables 1. Strategy document (1-2 pages, concrete, no fluff). 2. A first batch of 15 clips ready to publish (to be defined together). 3. Publishing calendar / recommended posting cadence. 4. Simple reporting: views, retention rate, number of videos using the song, week-over-week growth. Who I'm looking for Proven experience in music clipping or launching sound trends (not just a "video editor"). You understand how the TikTok algorithm pushes a sound, what a sound page is, and how a song goes from one video to 10,000. You know the native codes of each platform (Reels ≠ Shorts ≠ TikTok). Bonus: a network of accounts / creators / clipping pages to seed distribution.
