Job Overview We are looking for an experienced cold caller and sales closer to help us generate and close new business for our software development, machine learning, and digital marketing services. This is not a basic appointment-setting role. We need a dedicated sales professional who can contribute to the full sales process — from cold outreach and qualification to pitch refinement, objection handling, follow-up, and closing support. The selected candidate will work directly with me and our internal team to help build and improve the sales funnel, calling approach, and conversion process. - Scope of Work Your responsibilities will include: Cold calling business owners and decision-makers in the US Presenting our software development, AI/ML, and digital marketing services professionally Qualifying leads and identifying business needs, urgency, budget, and fit Handling objections and moving prospects toward the next step or close Helping create and refine the cold calling script, pitch, and messaging Reviewing early call performance and improving the script based on actual call feedback Working closely with our team to understand services, delivery process, and positioning Joining meetings with interested leads to support the closing process Helping build and improve the overall sales funnel and conversion workflow Maintaining organized lead notes, follow-up status, and sales activity updates - What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience in cold calling and closing B2B service deals Experience selling one or more of the following: Software development services Web development / eCommerce development Machine learning / AI / automation solutions Digital marketing / SEO / PPC services Excellent English communication skills with a confident, professional speaking style Ability to improve scripts, positioning, and objection handling based on live calls Strong follow-up discipline and a consultative sales approach Ability to work closely with the founder and become part of the sales process A dedicated, proactive, and results-driven mindset - Compensation Hourly pay (please share your expected hourly rate) $100 commission for every closed client This can become a long-term role for the right person. - Dialer / Calling Setup: If you already use your own professional cold calling dialer or outbound calling system, please mention the platform/tools you use in your proposal. We are open to covering reasonable dialer/calling costs separately for the right candidate. - Important Requirements To be considered, please include the following with your proposal: A 30-second introductory video so we can assess your communication style and confidence Details of your previous cold calling / sales closing experience Specific experience selling software development, AI/ML, digital marketing, or similar B2B services Your expected hourly rate Confirmation that you are comfortable working directly with me to help build and improve the sales funnel If you already have relevant experience in this space, please mention it clearly in your proposal. - Interview Process We will start interviews from Monday, so please apply only if you are available to move forward quickly. - To Apply Please answer the following in your proposal: What B2B services have you sold through cold calling?
