This is not a typical graphic design role. We're looking for someone who can combine: Design Storytelling Branding Marketing psychology Visual communication to create content that informs, persuades, and builds trust. What You'll Be Working On You'll help create: Social Media Content LinkedIn carousels Founder content Instagram posts Infographics Business Communication Assets Pitch decks Investor presentations Workshop presentations Proposal documents Case studies Capability statements Marketing & Brand Assets Landing page graphics Website visuals Event materials Conference banners Digital ads What Makes You a Great Fit You understand that: Good design is not decoration. Good design communicates. You know how to: Simplify complex ideas visually Create hierarchy and clarity Design for conversion and engagement Translate strategy into visuals Required Skills Strong portfolio showcasing communication design Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent Strong typography and layout skills Experience designing presentations and business documents Understanding of branding and visual storytelling Ability to work independently and take ownership Bonus Points Experience with SaaS or AI companies Experience creating investor decks Motion graphics experience Personal branding content design Experience working with founders or consulting firms We Are NOT Looking For ❌ Generic social media designers ❌ Template-only Canva designers ❌ Designers who require detailed instructions for every task We want someone who can think strategically and contribute ideas.
