Expert Corporate Document Designer Needed for Microsoft Word Template (.docx) Overhaul

Overview: Need a new report template for a data analytics consulting firm. Current client report templates look dated. We want to completely overhaul our standard report format to look modern, clean, premium, and "future-facing," while keeping our workflow strictly inside Microsoft Word. We are looking for an expert in typography and Word document architecture to build a master Word Template that our internal team can easily use to generate client reports. What We Need Built: A Modern Cover Page: A clean, visually striking, professional cover layout that accommodates varying client names and project titles without breaking alignment. Global Style Hierarchy: Pre-programmed Word Quick Styles for Title, Subtitle, Heading 1, Heading 2, Body Text, and Bullet Lists using a modern font pairing (e.g., Segoe UI, Aptos, or similar high-readability fonts). Flawless Document Architecture: Proper setup of page numbers and headers/footers so they cleanly omit the cover page and start seamlessly on page 2 or 3 using Section Breaks. Custom Table Styles: At least two pre-designed, "clean-border" financial table styles programmed into the template so we can paste Excel data and style it with one click. A Callout Box Style: A designed container/box style for highlighting executive summaries or key actuarial assumptions. Project Deliverables: A finalized Microsoft Word Template file (.dotx). A brief, 1-page PDF or video walkthrough showing our team how to correctly apply the template styles so we don't break the formatting. Required Experience: Proven portfolio showing corporate reports, whitepapers, or proposals built strictly inside Microsoft Word (please do not apply if your portfolio is only Adobe InDesign or Canva). Deep understanding of Word's style sheets, section breaks, and template locking. Strong eye for modern financial/corporate aesthetics (clean layouts, generous white space, clear contrast).
